By using our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. Our services, including CRM, messaging, review management, invoicing, and SEO tools, are provided on a subscription basis. All content and software are the intellectual property of HN - Agency and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users are prohibited from copying, reselling, or misusing the platform in any way.
Billing & Subscriptions:
All subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time on the service.
Cancellations & Refunds:
You may cancel your account through your dashboard or by contacting our support team at +1 431-430-6377 or by email mail.hnsaasagency.com. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
User Data & Privacy:
We respect your privacy and handle user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may collect and store user data to provide and improve our services, and you grant us permission to process such data in accordance with our policies.
Limitation of Liability:
HN - Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for any data loss or service disruptions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
